I am currently supporting a Cloud Consultancy that has an immediate need for a GCP Architect with a track record for delivering GCP Security best practices and Architecture, not only implementation.
- 6 Month Contract
- Outside IR35
- Immediate Start
- £525-£550 per day
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain architectural blueprints for development in GCP
- Introduce new services/tools in the GCP platform
- Guide best practices and technical standards
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of GCP infrastructure components, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools for efficient and automated deployment processes
- Work closely with the security team to implement and enforce security measures in GCP environments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to GCP platform services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, and GCP security best practices. Terraform is a must
