Title: Cloud Engineer (12 months Contract)
Project Description:
For one of our clients, we seek a talented Cloud Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join a new project in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a one-year project focused on infrastructure solutions working with public (AWS) and private (VMware, VXRail) cloud.
Responsibilities:
* Execute tasks related to hybrid cloud infrastructure projects.
* Understand and oversee operational tasks in cloud environments (AWS) and private cloud setups (VMware, VXRail).
* Provide support to other teams, particularly in digital and cybersecurity, with hardening and ControlTower implementations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Spanish & English.
* Familiarity with AWS and VMware vCenter/VXRail environments.
* Experience with storage solutions such as Unity/PowerVault and VSAN.
* Certification in AWS and VMware or equivalent will be highly valued.
Conditions:
* Location: Barcelona, Spain.
* Duration: 12 months + extension.
* Full-time dedication (40 hours per week).
* Start date: September 2024
