You will play an important part in their journey as the company continues to enhance their offering giving their clients a better, more effective, and rewarding experience while also protecting their corporate assets.
What You’ll Do
- Architect cloud solutions to support the development and growth of their products (AWS) based on Zero Trust principles and frameworks
- Architect cloud solutions to support corporate business operations (M365) based on Zero Trust principles and frameworks
- Lead/mentor the team in the implementation of designs, getting hands-on and leading by example. Player-coach style.
- Act as a conduit between the business/security strategy and the technical security team
- Design and implement cloud security controls https://karaniph.com/cloud-security-engineer/in line with relevant security frameworks, e.g. ISO 27001, SOC2.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven examples of delivering Zero Trust cloud security architecture in AWS (essential) Azure/M365 (highly desirable)
- A strong technical background in cloud/cloud security engineering, not afraid to get your hands dirty!
- Good knowledge and experience with SDLC and DevOps principals
- High-quality communication skills, ability to interact with business, risk, and technical stakeholders and work towards a common goal
- Good time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with security assessments and audits in cloud environments
