For our dynamic team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Remote Cloud Support Engineer to help optimize our clients’ cloud infrastructure. To fix technical problems, optimize cloud infrastructure, and guarantee seamless cloud service operation, you will collaborate closely with our clients. Working with internal teams and our clients on cloud-related problems, you will be the remote cloud support engineer’s main responsibility.

To guarantee the seamless operation of our cloud services, you will assist with problem-solving and cloud infrastructure monitoring. Important Duties: Help internal teams and clients with cloud-related difficulties by offering technical support and assistance. Investigate and promptly and effectively fix issues related to cloud infrastructure.

Maintain availability and seamless operation by keeping an eye on cloud servers and services. In order to deploy and manage cloud technologies, work together with cross-functional teams. Examine and enhance the security and performance of cloud computing. Remain abreast of the most recent developments in cloud computing.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud support or a related role.

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong knowledge of networking, security, and virtualization technologies.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
