Your role at Exness:
We are looking for a self-motivated and versatile DevOps Engineer to join the Technology Team of Future State. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our
infrastructure. As a crucial member of our growing team, you will also be implementing best practices for automation, deployment, and scalability. If you’re ready to bring your skills and

You will:
- Design and implement infrastructure using IaC tools to ensure scalable and reproducible environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable application delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation across the development and operations lifecycle, promoting efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
- Optimize system performance and ensure infrastructure scalability.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for proactive issue identification and resolution, and ensure robust logging practices.
- Work closely with security team to ensure security best practices.
What makes you a great fit:
- 5 years experience as a DevOps Engineer in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (i.e., GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Comfortable working with IaC tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment by being adaptable, resourceful, and willing to take on various responsibilities as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
